Samuel was born seventeen years ago in district 5. His family were wealthy but they weren’t really rich they still struggled at rough times. Samuel was the only child of Patrick and Grace O’Malley and so they wanted to give their son a chance of survival from the games if he were ever chosen. Even though Samuel has been trained he isn’t perfect, when he gets nervous he forgets what he has learnt and makes mistakes really easily. Usually when Sam stays calm he gets the job done.
Sam never wanted to be a part of the games and so when he turned twelve and was ready to be picked out of lottery he regretted always standing in the crowd waiting to see if he was picked. When Sam hadn’t been picked each year he felt that much better because he hadn’t been picked however this year would be different. Little does Sam know that this year would mark the change of his life forever he would be picked to go into the games.
Sam’s personality differs from time to time. Sam is loyal to his friends and family always backing them no matter what the situation is or what they have done. Sam has no time for people who are liars or people who don’t play fairly. Sam’s personality differs from time to time. Sam is the type that wouldn’t get violent at someone only when and if he was backed into a corner with no way out would Sam really start to lose control of everything. Sam isn’t perfect he has his flaws like everything else has. One of the many habits is either running a finger through his hair or finding something to twirl around be it a small chain or something else.
Sam has skills in both sword fighting and archery. When he’s disarmed Sam can fend of people with his hand to hand skills but he’s no expert in this there are moments where he can freeze up when he’s completely nervous and all he really has to do is to stay calm. Sam likes to get every detail that he can get right down to the smallest ones that people would normally overlook.
