The Reapings
1. The Reapings will always be posted in each district's Town Square.
2. Tributes have 3 days to reply to accept or decline the position. A volunteer may take the characters place.
3. Other citizens may also post in the Reapings, not only tributes and volunteers. It is open to all characters in the district.
4. If you have multiple characters that were reaped you may only pick one to participate in the games, the others must step down.
Justice Building
1. Tributes will report to the Justice Building after they have accepted their place in the games.
2. If the tributes have a relationship or past plot with any other made characters, they may come to the building for their goodbyes. If the tribute does not they may RP their family and friends or them alone.
3. The Justice Building is open for 2 days. Take your time and be creative. Enjoy RPing this scene.
The Train
1. Tributes will then be taken on a train to the Capitol. This will be located in the Capitol category. This will last for 2 days.
2. Each district has their own password to their train. Please refrain from giving this password off to another district.
3. Each district's Escort along with the stylist will assist the tributes on the train. District's do not have a mentor unless there was a past TPG victor.
Opening Ceremonies
1. For the opening ceremonies in the City Circle, tributes will have been prepared by their stylists their costume.
2. Each district, in order of 1-12, will post their experience within the ceremonies. This will be open for posting for 3 days.
Tribute Floors
1. Tributes are to go to their District Floors after the opening ceremonies.
2. Once again, each district has their own password. Do not give this password out to other district tributes.
3. The floors will be open throughout the training and interview process.
Training Center
1. The Training Center will be open for 6 days. It will be located in the Capitol category. Every 2 days is the next day in the Training Center.
2. Pay close attention to the time, whether it is morning(training gym), lunch time(lunch gym), or night(tribute floor).
3. No fighting in the training center.
4. Tributes may visit any of the stations. Which ever stations you attend will give you bonus in the arena. The first 5 stations tributes attend, the tributes will get bonuses from those skills.
Lunchroom
1. Tributes will come here at their designated time after training. Do not post in the training gym while in the lunchroom.
2. Tributes may meet other tributes or form alliances.
3. Once again no fighting allowed.
Private Training Session
1. Tribute's Private Training Sessions should be sent by PM to either gamemaker.
2. We are looking at execution or writing, skill, realism, and quality.
3. Training scores will be posted in the Hunger Games News on the side of the forum. After this point, any information for the games will be posted in that area as well as in the Hunger Games Directory.
4. Tributes will have 8 days total to work on their private training session. (During the whole Training Center process with an extra 2 days.) In these 2 days the tributes will be preparing for their interview at their district floors.
5. Along with your private training center, tributes must list at the bottom the first 5 stations they visited.
Interviews
1. The interviews for the tributes will take place in the Capitol Square, after the training scores are posted.
2. Each tribute will have a designated time with Ceaser Flickerman to have a one on one RP interview.
3. These will be done in order of district, 1 to 12, girl then boy.
4. The interviews should take approximately less than 7 days depending on how soon they all finish.
5. After the tributes interview is finished they will report back to their floor until they are taken to the Launch Room.
Sponsoring and Promoting
1. On the second day of the games Capitol residents and mentors may begin sponsoring their favorite tributes.
2. There will be various items and weapons posted in the Games Directory. PM the gamemakers as to what and who you would like to sponsor.
3. District citizens may root and promote their tributes as well as donate to the capitol and gather up money to sponsor tributes.
4. Only Mentors get to choose when the sponsors will enter the arena.
5. Sponsors are closed during the "Feast" in the games.
