I - General Rules
1. Be nice. no harassment, OOC fighting, cyber-bullying, excessive swearing, sexual content, ect...
2. Please have only one account per person.
3. No spamming, double posting, one word posts, chat-speaks
while roleplaying. Advertising anywhere outside of the
advertising box is considered spamming.
4. Please respect other citizens.
5. We are here to RP. Please do not make fake relationships with other Citizens. You are free to do it in RP though
6. Informing the staff of any departures would be much appreciated.
7. One account per character you create with the first and last name as display name.
II - Characters
1. Post your Character Application in the pending board.
2. You may not roleplay until it has been approved.
- arguing with the staff about your bio will not be tolerated.
3. If your character is between twelve (12) and eighteen (18) will
be submitted into the Reapings, no questions asked.
- characters above/below this age are allowed.
4. You must use the codeword "invisible" in order to be accepted.
5. Your character must have a weakness. It cannot be perfect.
6. We are a pre-story, non-canon site. No relations to the canons.
7. You may have as many characters as you want, but please
don't make more than you can handle. The only way you can get rid of them is through the games or to simply ignore them.
8. Other people may use your characters if you give them your permission, just notify the admin of the change. You may take them back.
9. The only death is in the Hunger Games.
10. Characters do age every Hunger Games.
11. All of the characters made on this site are Original. This is before the events of the books. There are no cannon characters.
12. Once you have created a character that has been accepted and picked a picture, please reply to the face-claim located in the accepted characters board.
13. Restricted characters are the Capitol Representatives and Gamemakers. You may role-play along with them but not create them. Only the gamemakers may control these characters. They are used for assisting the tributes around during the games and introducing the reapings.
14. Once you have made your character, please reply in the Face-Claim.
- If you do not know who the person is, search the URL on Google and click 'search by image.'
-If their name does not come up they are do not worry about replying to the Face-Claim in this instance.
III - Roleplaying
1. Any unaccepted character roleplaying will be deleted.
2. Please refrain from using ch@tsp3@k.
3. God-modding is a no-no, unless while in a fight with the other
Citizens consent. It makes it better battles and such.
4. We are human beings here. No super-powers!
5. Please FIFTY words at least in your powers while you role play, or about four to five sentences, is absolutely fantastic!
6. Please notify if your thread is "open", others can join, or
"closed", only Citizens currently in thread.
-put the characters name in for a specific person.
7. Fade to black on sex scenes.
8. Babies are only allowed on 18+ characters. we're supposed to
be a perfect society here, of course.
- adoption is a-okay!
9. These are the Hunger Games. There are no
libraries, movies, clubs, ect. in districts. They've digressed.
10. You may make siblings and parents for your characters or
another Citizen's character with their consent.
11. You can RP in first person present/past or third person present/past.
12. If you are moving threads (Ex: District 12 - Seam to Mines), please include in your concluding posts where you and your RPer(s) are moving.
