Vasilisa was born in district one. She was an only child to Jasmine and Soaling Stilno. She led a happy life. Her family was wealthy so she only had to put her name in the required amount. She never was chosen. When she was sixteen she left her district and moved to the capital to learn how to become a stylist. On Reeping days she still had to return to her district. But she was one of the lucky ones that was never chosen. She was happy that she didn't have to risk her life in the hunger games. She returned to the Capitol and never returned to District one.
This year she will finally receive a tribute to take care of. She is excited and and can't wait to find out what happens. She doesn't care what district she gets even if it's District twelve. She is going to do everything to make it possible for them to get sponsors so they will survive.
