family background ! Elizza has an older brother, Mark, who is 18 years old. She lives with her mother and step-dad.

Elizza was only ten years old when her parents got divorced. She was proud of this move, however her father was the wealthier part of the family. The small family of three had to move back to the middle class region of district one. Elizza's mother was on the hunt for another husband to take care of their poor family. She was hoping to move back into the upper class region though she never succeeded.
Elizza hated every man she ever brought home. For one, her original father abused her mother. She hated him deeply for the things he had done to her. Elizza was too young to stand up for her mother without being punished. Even today she wishes she could have done something to get the man back. Her older brother, Mark, even had tried, though he was never sure what to do. Also, he was never even around and now that he is 18, he seems as though not even a part of the family. Elizza didn't hate her brother, she wanted a supportive older brother to be there for her. However, Mark never was that perfect older brother that Elizza had wished him to be. After that experience, she never saw men the same. Even the stories and gossip she would hear around school made her dislike their ways.
When Elizza turned 13 her mother fell in love with a man named Patrick. He wasn't a bad guy but she was paranoid that he was going to turn out to be a total jerk to her mother and her. She couldn't hate the guy, it came to her naturally to bash on the man, her new father. She began to talk-back and become extremely lazy toward her step-father to try and run him away. But her mother and he were too in love. It turned out her mother still hadn't succeeded in finding the perfect guy to take care of the family because Patrick was no poorer then Leversons.
Elizza followed her brothers footsteps, running away from home and sneaking out to do what she wants. No matter what her new father or mother would say, she wouldn't listen. Sometimes her brother would take her out of town to places he would escape to with his friends. Mark began to influence her greatly. When she turned 16 she got her first boyfriend - she never thought she would though Mark changed her mind. Elizza liked him at first but is figuring out the main reason for their relationship. She doesn't exactly like the way things are going with her and her new boyfriend.
